Can users find what they need in a clear and direct manner?

Problem Statements:

• Can the user return to the home page?
• Does the user recognize the naviation aids?
• Is the user looking for additional functionality?
• Does the user read additional text/information?
• Can the user find a relevant subject database?

1. Find the library hours.
2. Return to the library homepage. (note for observers: pay attention to how they do this)
3. Find the email address for ____________, a librarian.
4. Go to and login to the database Stat-USA.
5. Is the book _________ in our library right now?
6. Using the library's web site, find a web page on __________.
