Group 2:
Purpose Statement:
Can users find what they need in a clear and direct manner?
Problem Statements:
- Can the user return to the home page?
- Does the user recognize the naviation aids?
- Is the user looking for additional functionality?
- Does the user read additional text/information?
- Can the user find a relevant subject database?
Tasks:
- Find the library hours.
- Return to the library homepage. (note for observers: pay attention to how they do this)
- Find the email address for ____________, a librarian.
- Go to and login to the database Stat-USA.
- Is the book _________ in our library right now?
- Using the library's web site, find a web page on __________.
