Here’s your chance to pick up two points extra credit on your final grade. This will make up for a class you’ve missed, or any assignment that’s a day late. Or you can just use it to bump your final grade a little. Note: you can only do it once!

Select something we haven’t covered in the labs that you think the class should know how to do. This could be how to create a javascript rollover, a frameset, a pop-up window, a mailing form, or a radio button. It could be CSS: a layout using the “box model”, a way to implement CSS lists, or a way to alter the appearance of table cells, images or text that we haven’t already covered. It could be multimedia: how to embed Flash, video or sound into a page.

Whatever you choose, you will come up with a small (1-2 pages) written tutorial on how to achieve your task. Remember to use examples where appropriate to make your point. You’ll then email me the text and I’ll post it to the class website as an exercise.
