Circulation Supervisor, 1996—1997, Sherman Art Library, Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH
Directed all circulation activities at busy academic library. Provided limited reference assistance to students and professors. Maintained auction catalog, microfilm and CD-ROM collections, including acquisitions and cataloging. Created and updated training materials for patrons, colleagues and library users (both digital and print).

As a member of the Technology Services Roundtable, planned technology strategy for improving information services across all Dartmouth libraries, both for reference librarians and patrons. Developed Web-based training materials, library intranet and Internet content.
