Halloween Bat Talk and Crafts

Annual Halloween Bat Talk at WSU Vancouver! This year Dr. Christine Portfors will focus this event for children. She will read a short story about bats starting at 4 pm followed by a short talk about bats. There will then be time for bat crafts. Children will be able to color bats, make bat puppets and take home crossword puzzles and other special treats. Children under 10 are especially encouraged to participate in the story reading and crafts. Adults will enjoy the talk and even some of the crafts!
