Washington State University Vancouver ROV Club
The Washington State University Vancouver ROV Club is a group of WSUV students who compete in the MATE International ROV Competition. This competition is a mission-based event that involves the design, construction and operation of a submersible Remotely Operated Vehicle, or a tethered robot. This competition pits our team against others from all over the world. The 2009 MATE competition will be held at Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts from June 24-26, 2009.
