Sponsorship Levels

Cougar Sponsor

Level I: Series Sponsorship - the organization will be the sponsor for the fall series, the spring series, or both. Sponsorship package details include (for one season/run of the series):

  • Your logo placed on all advertisements and marketing collateral used to promote the Chancellor's Seminar Series
  • Your logo placed on WSU Vancouver's main web page for Chancellor's Seminar Series
  • Your logo will be placed on the presentation materials at the sponsored seminar
  • Sponsor's banner or any signage can be hung at the seminars
  • Sponsor may place their literature and promotional items on a table at the seminars
  • Sponsor will be introduced to audience at each seminar, and will have opportunity to address audience for five minutes at beginning of each seminar
  • Sponsor will receive contact information of seminar attendees who opt-in to receive information about future seminars
  • Sponsor will receive one reserved table at each of the sponsored seminars. Tables will seat eight-seven seats will be reserved for the organization and one ticket will be reserved for a WSU Vancouver student to join your table. Three tables for Spring or Fall Series Sponsorship; or six tables for sponsoring both Spring and Fall Series.

Cost of sponsorship: $6,000 for Fall Series OR Spring Series; or $10,000 for both. NOTE: This level of sponsorship represents an exclusive opportunity, affording the sponsor the highest level of exposure.

Crimson Sponsor

Level II: Speaker Sponsorship - the organization will sponsor an individual speaker of their choice. Sponsorship package details include:

  • Your logo placed on all advertisements and marketing collateral used to promote the Chancellor's Seminar Series
  • Your logo placed on WSU Vancouver's main web page for Chancellor's Seminar Series
  • Your logo will be placed on the presentation materials at the sponsored seminar
  • Sponsor's lighted logo will displayed on the screens at the event
  • Sponsor will receive contact information of seminar attendees who opt-in to receive information about future seminars
  • Sponsor will receive one reserved table. Tables will seat eight-seven seats will be reserved for the organization and one will be reserved for a WSU Vancouver student to join your table.

Cost of sponsorship: $1,500 per seminar

Gray Sponsor

Level III: Table Sponsor - the organization will be a table sponsor for one seminar of their choice. Sponsorship package details include:

  • Your logo will be placed on the presentation materials at the sponsored seminar
  • Seven tickets to the seminar, one ticket being donated to a WSU Vancouver student to join your organization at the luncheon

Cost of Sponsorship: $350 per seminar

White Sponsor

Level IV: Print Sponsor - the organization will sponsor the printing of seminar invitations and comment cards for the series. Sponsorship package details include:

  • Your logo placed on the comment cards handed out at the seminar
  • On the paper invitations
  • Your logo placed on WSU Vancouver's main web page for Chancellor's Seminar Series
  • Sponsor's lighted logo will displayed on the screens at the event
