Boardwalk construction

Build boardwalks and lay drainage materials to protect wetland areas. This project is for those who enjoy wielding a hammer, saw or shovel.

Exterior painting

Give outside handrails, curbs and light poles a fresh look with some elbow grease and paint.

Dig in to spring, clean and replant the campus-area flower beds.

Motor pool cleaning

Vacuum, dust and buff the interiors of campus motor pool vehicles.

Office spring cleaning

Take the opportunity to clean your office and workroom areas. Remember to recycle your paper, plastics and glass. Cleaning supplies will be provided in the following locations: ADM 216B, CLS 208 and 308, ECS 201, ELS 230, FSC work room, LIB 160 and 210, MCB 209, MMC 102 and 202, SSC 100 and UCB 300.

Spread cedar chips to improve and extend our campus trails.

Outdoor projects are planned for rain or shine, so dress for the weather. Gloves are provided, but remember to wear your boots and donĀ“t forget to dress "Cougar casual"!  Outdoor project volunteers check in at the Facilities Operations building.
