Vandalism to the WSU Vancouver Sports Court 3/24/2010

WSU Vancouver police are investigating vandalism to the WSU Vancouver Sports Court that occurred overnight on Tuesday-Wednesday 3/23-24/2010. Vandals removed the high impact modular plastic flooring from the fenced basketball court area and threw it outside the fence. The process destroyed the plastic floor surface and will cost approximately $25,000 to replace. Additionally, the vandals transferred court markings (Key lines and Cougar Head) via spray paint to the concrete court surface.
