Vandalism with hate bias

WSU Vancouver Police are investigating a malicious mischief case that occurred on campus over night on Wednesday September 21, 2011. Graffiti with hate biased content was written on a student's car window. No threat, injury or permanent damage was reported. No other such incidents have been reported.
