WSU provides Basic Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance for benefit eligible employees in the amount of $25,000 Basic Life Insurance for death from any cause and $5,000 Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance. WSU provides this coverage at no cost to you.
Additional Coverage Options
Employees may design their own plan by purchasing additional Term Life Insurance coverage for themselves, a spouse, and each eligible unmarried dependent child. Some amounts require the employee to provide evidence of insurability. Employees may also purchase Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance.
