March 2008 Employee of the Month

Kim Estes

Kim Estes is a very organized, responsive individual who helps events run smoothly on this campus, and who alerts and coaches event producers in the campus community regarding issues they need to be sure to consider when booking and planning an event. (e.g. Do you need A/V for your event? Did you coordinate parking for attendees for your event? Do you need catering? etc.)

Kim makes planning a successful event easy in that she responds very quickly to let you know of room availability, and provides excellent suggestions should your needs change or should other unexpected issues present themselves. (I think Murphy's Law was discovered by event planners.) She is very pleasant to work with, which is a critical characteristic for anyone in the hectic event environment.

Kim is a real asset to the campus.

Thank you Kim!
