South Central LA’s Good Life Café was the center of a musical revolution in the 1990s. This is the Life interviews the artists and others who helped create and promote a new and very influential musical style. Artists featured in the film include Jurassic 5, Cut Chemist, Abstract Rude, Medusa, Freestyle Fellowship, Myka Nyne, 2Mex, and Figures of Speech (the group the director was a part of).
