Job Description: The Office Support Supervisor 2 coordinates and/or executes a wide variety of administrative support tasks and supervises
assigned functional areas within the WSU Vancouver Facilities Operations (FacOps) department.
Duties include, supervising and/or coordinating work order requests, mail room operations, motor pool administration and campus building/room access; monitoring and maintain all budgets for units with FacOps; overseeing and/or processing accounts payable invoicing and accounts receivable processing; preparing and processing personnel paperwork and appointments; coordinating day-to-day operations; serving as the FacOps liaison for administrative operations matters.
The incumbent supervises 3 full-time employees and may direct the work of temporary/hourly employees.
Minimum Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent, and three years of clerical experience, at least one year must include supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing office operations including budgets, personnel and payroll, purchasing, travel, and inventory.
- Experience with tracking and reporting information, using a computer database system containing data relevant to facilities work order processing and scheduling.
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, database and other software applications.
- Experience with radio dispatch coordination.
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $2,663.00 per month
