Staff/Faculty Payroll Deduction
After 8/16/09, all Staff/Faculty payroll deductions for permits must be processed in the Parking Services office in the Physical Plant building (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM only). For faster service, you may fax your completed payroll deduction form to our office before coming in (360-546-9061).
