WSU Vancouver Parking Services is currently in the process of installing a new parking management system. Part of this system includes the option of online permit sales (using an existing WSU Network ID and password), as well as online ticket payment and appeal transactions.

UPDATE: Currently, we are experiencing delays with the online operations of this system. We anticipate the system to be ready shortly. Once operational, a link to the online parking system will be placed on our main parking web site (www.vancouver.wsu.edu/parking). Until this system is accessible, please plan to purchase your permits at Parking Services as in the past. If you will not be available to come to our office in person, you may send a designee with your completed forms to purchase your permit in our office. Please be sure to have your vehicle's license number and your WSU or Clark ID number with you when buying your permit. In preparation for interacting with the online permit sales portion of this system, please be sure you know the following information:

• To use the permit sales online, you must have a valid WSU Network ID and password.
• If you are a WSU student, staff, or faculty member and do not have a WSU Network ID and password, please visit this link (http://www.vancouver.wsu.edu/vit/accounts.html#networkid) for information on obtaining a Network ID or information on a forgotten password.
• For online purchases, you will also need to have your vehicle information (License Number, Vehicle Make, Model, and Color) when purchasing your permit. Permits purchased online may be picked up at the Parking Services office during normal business hours (pickup instructions will be provided at time of sale).

If you do not have a WSU Network ID or are unable to purchase your permit online, you may purchase your parking permit in the Parking Services office in the Physical Plant building.

• Normal business hours for our office are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• As parking permits are often in high demand at the beginning of the academic year (and gas prices are at a premium), we ask that all staff, faculty, and students carefully consider alternative commute options as a means of transportation to WSU Vancouver. • We also ask that anyone who will be parking on campus twice weekly and/or on an infrequent basis consider buying temporary passes (such as 10-use or daily permit options) to enable stakeholders parking on a more frequent basis the opportunity to purchase a longer-term permit. When parking on campus twice weekly or less, these temporary passes may be more cost-effective than a semester or annual pass and can be purchased at any point in time at either the cashier's office (in VSSC) or at Parking Services (in Physical Plant). Daily permits can also be purchased at the bookstore (VSSC) and at Dining Services (VADM) during their normal business hours.
