The Academic Affairs Office is comprised of Research/Graduate Education, General Education, University Scholars, Engagement/Outreach, and Diversity. Academic Affairs assumes oversight for academic program and degree development, faculty affairs, and strategic and academic planning. It maintains close collaborations with Student Affairs on campus, with many community groups and organizations, and with its counterparts at the other Washington State University campuses.

Forum on Social Aspects of Economic Crisis

Please join us for a panel discussion and Q&A about the significance of the current financial crisis and policy responses for the Southwest Washington Community. This is a follow-up to forums held on Oct. 15 and Dec. 3, that received an enthusiastic community response leading to a standing room only crowd. The March 12 forum will focus specifically on the social impacts and opportunities created by the crisis and the policy responses such as the recently passed economic stimulus.

The following faculty and staff will be featured speakers on the panel:
